hello, and hows every one today? I can tell I'm feeling very good except for the few sneezes which are a direct result of being in contact with minimum one drop of rain, forgive my physique mixed with physics, its just that I love rain enormously but cant stand the after effects, but a good dish always brings the better in me, so today I'm going to share with you "Garfield's lasagna", as you may know (and if you don't know let me tell ya) that this week we are celebrating cartoon special and once again there was a tie between poll results i.e Garfield's Lasagna and Scooby's Surprise Snack, but since Garfield was on the top of the list; I decided to go with it. One thing more I totally adore cheese so you may find this recipe a little bit deviant from classical lasagna but then again.... isn't it supposed to be Garfield's Lasagna..... Enjoy!

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Cool under cold water and drain. Place 3 lasagna noodles in a 9x13x2 lightly oiled baking dish, overlapping slightly. Spread 1-1/2 cups cheese filling over noodles; sprinkle with one cup mozzarella and 1/4-cup fontina cheese. Repeat pasta and cheese layering three more times; top with remaining three lasagna noodles. Spread 1/2-cup of reserved cream sauce over top and cover lightly with foil. Preheat oven to 350~ and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and keep warm at least 30 minutes before serving... now go ahead eat it or else I will
